Paid assurance work funds the open tools. It does not buy the conclusion. These rules are how a small lab stays worth reading.
No funder above 40% of revenue. No rewritten conclusion. No unreproduced result.
Scope, deliverables and IP go in writing before money is accepted. A client can decline to publish under our name. They cannot edit the finding.
No single source may exceed 40% of revenue. The cap exists so one bank, ministry or grant cannot become the lab.
Commissioned work is labelled. Funders are named on the output they paid for. Views are the author's, not the client's.
A second person has to reproduce a result before we publish it. Code and data for public tools will be released with the finding. Citations, especially anything AI-assisted, are checked by hand.
